The title co-crystalline compound, C 10 H 10 O 3 ·C 9 H 8 O 4 , has been synthesized and characterized in a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. In the 3-hydroxy-3-methylisochroman-1-one molecule, the six-membered heterocyclic ring lies between an envelope and a screw-boat conformation. In the 2-carboxymethylbenzoic acid, molecule, the 2-carboxymethyl substituent is almost planar (r.m.s deviation = 0.048 Å) and makes a dihedral angle of 79.59 (7)° with the planar benzene ring. TRANSFERTS DES MIGRANTS ET LES AIDES : SUBSTITUTS OU COMPLEMENTS DANS LE PROCESSUS DE CROISSANCE ECONOMIQUE EN ZONE UEMOA?
The aim of this study is to check if remittances and aid are complements or substitutes in the growth process in West African Economic Monetary Union (WAEMU). Clearly it aims to check if remittances and aid complete each other to increase economic growth. By using data on the sample of WAEMU Countries with panel Dynamic Ordinary Least Squares (DOLS) on the period 1980-2015, the results show that remittances and aid have a substitution link. The results also highlight that remittances have a negative effect on growth, but aid has no significant effect on growth.

Un modèle de canal de décision d'investissement : une approche de planification intertemporelle
Cet article examine certaines implications théoriques du modèle de planification intertemporelle Oslo-Le Caire (le modèle de canal). Une version du modèle de canal incluant des projets d'investissement privés et publics est développée. Les propriétés d'optimalité du modèle sont dérivées. Il est démontré que : (i) la solution de Pareto peut être soutenue par des prix compétitifs et (ii) un critère de classement peut être construit dans l'esprit de l'analyse coûts-avantages. Les résultats alignent théoriquement le modèle de canal avec les modèles classiques d'allocation des ressources.
