Soumbara is produced in an artisanal way. This product has a relatively strong odor that is not appreciated by some consumers in Côte d'Ivoire. From surveys of women and consumers, the manufacturing technique and the motivations for consumption of soumbara were revealed. Soumbara is produced in an artisanal way. This product has a relatively strong odor that is not appreciated by some consumers in Côte d'Ivoire. This paper presents the results of an experimental investigation carried out to study the effects of cement content on the mechanical and abrasion resistance of recycled aggregates concrete. Four series of mixtures with cement content 300, 350, 400 and 450 kg/m3 were formulated.
